v77 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Player Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "v77" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" means the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at v77.cam, operated by the entity holding the relevant international gaming license.
• "Player" / "you" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on the v77 Platform, regardless of whether they have made a deposit or placed a wager.

• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player using JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer, or any other approved payment method, plus any winnings generated from wagering of Real Money Balance, after wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by v77 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by the Platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary transaction currency of the v77 Platform.

By accessing v77.cam, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the v77 Services, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.
• You have read and accepted the v77 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other individual, syndicate, or organization in your use of the Platform.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and v77, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

• Own Funds: All funds you deposit and wager are your own personal funds. You are not acting as an agent for, or using funds belonging to, any third party.
• Single Account: You do not currently hold, and will not create, more than one v77 account, whether under your own identity or using any other identity, device, or payment method.

To access v77's real-money Services, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. v77 relies on the accuracy of your registration data for KYC verification, payment processing, and account communications.
• You must register using your own genuine identity. Registering under a pseudonym, fictitious identity, or someone else's details is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may hold one and only one v77 Account. Holding multiple accounts — including accounts registered under variations of your name, alternative mobile numbers, or different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• v77 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension pending verification.
• You are responsible for notifying v77 promptly of any changes to the information associated with your Account, including changes to your registered mobile number or payment method details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your v77 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following conditions apply:

• You must not share your password, OTP codes, or login credentials with any other person under any circumstances, including individuals claiming to be v77 support staff. v77 will never ask for your password via any channel.
• Any activity occurring through your Account is deemed to have been authorized by you. v77 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify v77 immediately if you believe your Account has been compromised. Contact v77 support through the official live chat available at v77.cam.
• v77 reserves the right to temporarily lock your Account if suspicious activity is detected, including unusual login locations, rapid failed login attempts, or payment anomalies.

v77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Raast interbank payments. The following conditions govern deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 50. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and your account verification status.
• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• v77 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party fees charged by your mobile wallet provider or bank are your responsibility.
• Deposits that are not received due to technical failures on the part of your payment provider are not the responsibility of v77. In such cases, contact your payment provider in the first instance and v77 support thereafter.
• v77 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or restrict deposits at its discretion where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

Withdrawals of Real Money Balance are subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed. v77 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including for subsequent withdrawals.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 100. Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply depending on your account tier and verification status.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 3 to 5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are typically processed within 30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• v77 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours for security verification or where anti-fraud checks are required.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable directly. Only winnings generated from completed bonus wagering requirements, and any remaining Real Money Balance, are eligible for withdrawal.

v77 offers bonuses, promotions, and incentive programs from time to time. The following general terms apply to all v77 promotional offers:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at a time unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. v77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude players or regions from specific promotions without notice.
• v77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that existing bonus balances currently in play are honored on the terms under which they were credited.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers — including through pattern betting, reverse wagering, use of multiple accounts, or other strategies determined by v77 to constitute bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per household, device, or IP address.

The following conditions govern all games available through the v77 Platform:

• All slot games and RNG-based table games on v77 use certified Random Number Generator systems that have been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect verified theoretical averages over large sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers in certified studio environments. Game outcomes are determined by genuine physical actions (card deals, wheel spins) and are not automated or influenced by v77 in real time.
• Cricket and sports betting odds are set by v77's trading team and represent the Platform's assessment of event probabilities inclusive of a margin. Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event.
• In the event of a technical error during a game that affects the outcome — including connection failure, software malfunction, or data feed interruption — v77 reserves the right to void the affected round or settle it based on the last valid game state, at its sole discretion.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session duration alerts to be notified when they have been playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing, typically ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from the v77 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Once activated, self-exclusion is irrevocable for the period chosen. v77 will take reasonable steps to prevent self-excluded players from creating new accounts.
• Reality Checks: Where technically available, v77 may provide periodic in-session reminders of time and money spent.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the v77 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated systems to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by v77.
• Colluding with other Players or working with external parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, betting market, or promotional offer.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or malfunction for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the v77 Platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means.

All content available on the v77 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game titles, game mechanics, interface design, promotional materials, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of v77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content or software on the Platform without the prior written consent of v77.
• The v77 name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the property of the Platform and may not be used in any form without explicit written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• v77 is not liable for any financial losses arising from your participation in games or betting markets, including losses resulting from poor decision-making, misunderstanding of game rules, or adverse odds outcomes.
• v77 is not liable for any losses arising from interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond the Platform's reasonable control.
• v77 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• v77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Your use of the v77 Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary:

• v77 collects personal data necessary for account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and compliance with legal obligations.
• v77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank) and identity verification providers as necessary to deliver our Services.
• By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.
• If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which v77 holds its international gaming license.

• Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact v77 support and attempt to resolve the matter informally. v77 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.
• Formal Complaints: If informal resolution is not achieved within 14 days, either party may refer the dispute to formal arbitration under the rules of the applicable gaming regulatory authority.
• Game Outcome Disputes: Disputes regarding the outcome of individual game rounds must be submitted within 7 days of the round in question. v77 will review the relevant game logs and provide a written determination within 10 business days.
• Language: All formal dispute communications shall be conducted in English.
